Peggy Geisler’s hidden talent may be the secret to her success as owner of PMG Consulting. “I am truly empathetic and a great listener,” she says. “I seek to understand people and seek to support and help them grow and thrive.”
Her goal is to help others serve children, families and communities, and ultimately have an impact on society as a whole. At PMG Consulting, she works with communities, organizations and individuals to develop strategic plans and assists agencies with any and all of their business needs.
She believes there is work to be done before she can say that women have made progress in the workplace. “It really depends on the leadership of each company,” she says. “I am sad that sometimes women do not look out for each other. I believe when we uplift each other we all win.”
