From yoga on the beach to a beer can release, here are some things happening around the Delaware beaches this weekend.


Saturday, July 18

Early risers can join Dimitra Yoga on the beach at 8 a.m. for a 60-minute yoga class in the sand. The class is open to all skill levels and is $20 per person. Register online at

The Milton Theatre’s new outdoor venue, Milton Theatre Quayside, will be rocking with band Sweet Leda. Doors open at 5 p.m. and the show starts at 6 p.m. Be sure to bring your own lawn chair, take note of social distancing procedures and check out the venue’s beer garden and food stall. At Thompson Island Brewing Company, blueberry pie meets beer. The Fresh: Double Blueberry is a pie-inspired ale loaded with wheat, oats, lactose, mild bitterness and fruit puree, plus other yummy flavors. The can release is from 11:30 a.m.-9 p.m., and will feature a pastry pairing by chef Dru Tevis. Visit for more.
