In response to the burgeoning rental market, the Buccini/Pollin Group developed the Residences at Harlan Flats, a contemporary apartment complex that offers such niceties as a parking garage, swimming pool, sundeck, gym and resort-style residents’ lounge with billiards and a wet bar. A second phase is in the works.
“It is centrally located with easy access to the train station, great restaurants, walking paths, theaters and arts,” says Cindy Sroka, who rented an apartment at Harlan Flats. “They always have a lot going on.”
