Hari Cameron’s newly opened (a)Muse is a foodie’s dream come true, as evidenced by his conceptually driven dessert menu. “The Beach” is an edible diorama with ‘sand’ made from toasted wheat ice cream, hazelnut praline, and cocoa nibs; white chocolate seashells; a salt water taffy “pearl” coated in luster dust; and shattered fragments of liquid-nitrogen-frozen grapes that mimic beach glass.
