We’re big fans of the new(ish) menu at Asian Kitchen Bar and Grill in Hockessin’s Lantana Square. Among our faves: pan-fried miso sea bass, as well as Malay Prawn with onion, lemongrass, coconut milk and homemade curry paste and, of course, pad Thai. A must-try from the sushi bar is the spider roll of fried soft shell crab. The vegetable entrées will put some spice in your life. The mango salad (mixed greens, shredded mango, pine nuts, raisins, cucumber and light mango vinaigrette) keeps it cool. If you haven’t visited lately, it’s time to go back.
