Since Day One of The House of William & Merry, we’ve been amazed by the crazy skills of chef Bill Hoffman who, with his wife Merry Catanuto, runs one of the finest places in the state. Trained at Philadelphia Culinary Arts and Design School, Hoffman is the kind of chef who will happily take on sweetbreads and, occasionally, other offal.
