Chef-owner Dan Butler has given Wilmington consistently outstanding Italian fare for almost 25 years. Eat heartily of entrées such as braised short rib over a puree of root vegetables, or share appetizers such as grilled octopus with canellini or the plate of cured meats and artisanal cheeses.
