Think Buckley’s, but deep in the heart of horse country. It’s well worth the scenic drive up Pa. 82 for Welsh rarebit followed by shepherd’s pie, Guinness lamb stew or a beef on Weck—half a steer piled on a hearty Kummelweck roll. Save room for sticky toffee pudding.
