Yes, Penguin clothes were the dorkiest of duds 40 years ago, but now they’re restyled and totally cool, and South Moon Under has plenty of them. There is more by clothiers such as Hugo Boss and surf companies like Billabong and Quicksilver, but we just can’t get past the Penguin.
