Take off heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until completely smooth and set to cool.â€¨
When cupcakes are cool, use a long skinny knife or hollow dowel to core out the center of the cupcakes.
When the ganache is cool and the consistency of soft butter, add an equal amount of your favorite cream cheese frosting and stir gently, making sure you do not over mix, you want there to be a marbled look.
Place the ganache/ cream cheese mix in a piping bag with your favorite tip.
Fill the cupcake then top it with remaining mix. â€¨Cupcake are much better served at room temperature. However if you are not eating them that day, they must be refrigerated. â€¨
