I was lucky enough to spend my New Years at one amazing party in Las Vegas. (Really. It was probbaly one of the best I’ve been to.)

The party planners proved that you can’t only have ice on your finger at your reception. You’ve got to have some for the drinks, too. And they ice they used simply sparkled. Literally. The cubes were filled with LED lights, and were set to flash. So when you walked into the ballroom, the entire space pulsed. It was spectacular.

I’ve called around a bit, and it doesn’t seem that party stores in Delaware have these. However, I did find an online supplier. (I’ve never worked with them, so if you order from them, let me know about your experience.)

Unfortunately, my photos didn’t do the ice cubes justice, so you’ll have to imagine it for now. I’ll see if I can’t find a photo somewhere else that shows how dramatic the effect is. And, even if I can’t, I’ll still post photos of the rest of the decor tomorrow.
