Eight ounces of certified Angus beef are grilled to your liking, topped with good cheddar and applewood-smoked bacon, then served on a fresh brioche. Handcut fries finish the plate. Start with another favorite: Hannum’s mushroom soup, a purée of button mushrooms, portobellos, crimini and shiitakes in a vegetable stock with a touch of cream.
