Chef Ludovic Bezy of Michele’s Restaurant in Dover

When he’s not running the kitchen at Michele’s, Bezy heads to Abbott’s Grill in Milford. He heaps high praise on Abbott’s Grill chef Kevin Reading, who he met at a local cooking competition. “Abbbott’s Grill brought a new style of cuisine to Kent County,” Bezy says. “Kevin has very creative ideas.” Bezy also enjoys Cool Springs Fish Bar and Restaurant in Dover, in part because it’s close to his home.
