The second annual Top Chef of the Culinary Coast competition happens at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center on June 11 to benefit Meals on Wheels Delaware.
Vote for your favorite as the county’s hottest chefs throw down with exciting dishes such as pastrami short rib with Mispillion mustard, pickled cabbage and fontina tuille from Abbott’s Grille, summer scarlet scallops from Bluecoast seafood grill and a chilled seafood salad from Ivy.
The eating and judging happens 5 p.m.-8 p.m. Tickets are $50 at www.topchef2015.eventbrite.com and $55 at the door. You’ll be glad you went.
