One of the most important aspects of pediatric advanced practice nursing is providing care that is patient and family centered. I love nursing, I have a passion for patient care and an enthusiasm for leadership. The most rewarding aspects of my work are having the opportunity to provide care to patients and families and to providing leadership to nurses. With the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, I see tremendous opportunities for nurses to practice to the full extent of their education and training.
