Few accomplishments rival that of starting a successful business. Janet Killian did just that when she started Gemini Building Systems in New Castle, which provides janitorial services and supplies. The company now employs more than 100 people and does more than $1.5 million in sales a year. As president, Killian oversees operations, customer relations, and contract negotiations in order to continue providing excellent service to her clients while expanding the business.
