Domaine Hudson to Host an Indulgent Wine Dinner

America’s oldest kosher winery, Hagafen Cellars, is presenting a five-course meal you won’t want to miss.

 

On Wednesday, Aug. 16, sample wine that has been served in the White House for 35 years. Michael Gelven, a certified wine educator, will present five different wines paired with five courses. Hagafen Cellars, America’s oldest kosher winery, will bring its Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon to Domaine Hudson.

The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres, and the courses include salt cod falafel, roast chicken and matzo balls, smoked salmon, pastrami crusted coulotte steak and chocolate and walnut baklava for dessert.
