Espuma, Rehoboth Beach: Bacon and Egg Salad


It seems we can’t get enough comfort, especially when it’s not the same old kind of comfort, especially when it vaguely resembles breakfast food. Though it continues to evolve, the bacon-and-egg salad is a staple at Espuma, says chef-owner Jay Caputo.
