An urban neighborhood might be an unlikely spot for a farm, but Greensgrow has proved naysayers wrong since 1997. Founded by political scientist-turned-chef Mary Seton Corboy, Greensgrow flourishes on what was once a vacant, trash-strewn lot. The farm is now celebrated for its well-stocked nursery and fresh produce, available to city residents, visitors and restaurants.
