Today marks the Winter Solstice, the first official day of winter. (It’s also the day with the shortest period of daylight and the longest night of the year.) The Downtown Rehoboth Beach Cookie Crawl returns from 4-8 p.m. Participating downtown businesses will welcome you with cookies, treats and beverages.

Harvest Ridge Winery is hosting Dixie’s Down Home Cooking food truck from 4-8 p.m. paired with tunes by Stone Jack Ballers from 4:30 -7:30 p.m.

Dew Point Brewing Co. is hosting its annual ugly sweater contest. Bucky’s BBQ food truck will arrive at 5 p.m. Award ceremony begins at 9 p.m., with prizes including growlers with fills, shirts and other merchandise as well as Dew Point gift cards.
