When Buckson and her husband, Eric, had the first of their four children 12 years ago, they agreed that the family would be best served if Buckson became a stay-at-home mom. While she says living on one income can be a challenge, Buckson is grateful to be able to focus on her family. And she is quick to give working moms their props, recognizing that it’s not easy for them to leave their families for work each day.
