Laura Day: Delaware Women in Business

Laura Day may be owner of Laura Day and Associates in Newark, a retirement, financial and estate planning team, but one of her most cherished activities is chairing the Fund For Women endowment at the Delaware Community Foundation. The fund’s original mission was to identify 1,000 founders who would give $1,000, all to fund the enhancement of the worth and potential of women and girls in Delaware. Having met the 1,000 goal in 2009, the fund is moving on: The Next Million.
