Hilferty’s triplet girls are now 6, but they were
born 26-week preemies. So Hilferty spent the
past six years getting the girls up to speed until,
“they finally decided to go to kindergarten.” She
also cleans the house, works two part-time jobs,
volunteers at school and attempts to maintain
a social life, that is when she’s not taking the
kids to piano, ballet and T-ball. Oh yeah, the
nicely decorated holiday windows at Cromwell’s
Tavern? That’s Hilferty’s handiwork.
