Maxine Gaiber: Delaware Women in Business

“My vocation and avocation are one and the same, and I can’t imagine doing anything else,” says Maxine Gaiber of Wilmington, executive director of the Delaware Center for the Contemporary Arts.  Having shepherded the DCCA through The Great Recession, Gaiber’s next challenge is to ensure permanent financial stability. She is also the first president of the Delaware Arts Alliance, an advocacy group for artists across the state.
