As director of corporate relocation and the general sales manager for Pettinaro Residential, Nancy Anne Fleming is charged with keeping it full. Having developed a successful marketing campaign for The Pointe condominiums in Brandywine Park—in a non-existent condo sales market—she has proven skills. Fleming, employed by Pettinaro since the re-lo division launched in 2001, will also chair the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women luncheon in 2013.
