Nancy Pikulik, president and personnel director, Dover Symphony Orchestra

I like the Dover Art League for its representation of 2D and 3D art. It works with a lot of groups and has a nice cross section of work by artists from Delaware. I also like the Biggs Museum. Aside from the beautiful facility and great exhibitions, it features Delaware by Hand, which promotes individual artists. The Capital Ringers do a wonderful job on their performances of hand bell ringing.
