Paulette Austin: Delaware Women in Business

In her time as executive director of Generations Home Care Inc., Paulette Austin of Wilmington raised annual revenues from $2.78 million to more than $6 million. Generations  provides services that support elderly and disabled Delawareans. Next up for Austin is completing a three- to five-year strategic plan, expanding the Generations clientele and growing the board. She also serves on several boards, including the Delaware Aging Network, and the Delaware Association of Nonprofit Agencies.
