Jarmon-Williams, a mother of two (ages 22 and 33) and grandmother of two, has held a number of jobs with the state and is married to a Delaware state trooper. She rarely goes out without being “made up from head to toe.” While she lives in a large home and has her pick of driving a Mercedes, a Lexus and a Navigator, she’ll tell you that none of those things make her fabulous. “I am fabulous because, first and foremost, I know and believe in a much higher power than myself,” she says. “I know I am fabulous because I love my children unconditionally and I believe in my heart I have been the absolute best mom I could be to them and continue to be.”
