For years, Surf Bagel has been a go-to breakfast spot. Now it’s also a casual dinner spot, too. The menu includes shrimp, rockfish burritos, tacos, burgers, a blackened catfish sandwich, salads, and apps, such as Buffalo wings and jalapeño poppers.
