What You Get: There are typically three options per category. Among the recent selections: steamed Prince Edward Island mussels, barbecue-braised pork cheeks with aged cheddar polenta and braised mustard greens, and chocolate pot de crème with whipped cream. 
Bonus: Domaine Hudson also has some 40 wines by the glass in 1.5-ounce, 3-ounce and 5-ounce pours. The 1.5-ounce pours start at $2.

Whole fish, filleted tableside, is a treat at Soffritto—which has received the Ospitalità Italiana seal by the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce. The recognition marks Soffritto as an authentic Italian restaurant outside of Italy.

Sullivan’s Steakhouse, Wilmington

What You Get: A mix of seasonal specials and favorites. Time it right and you might spot the current best-seller among the deals: two three-ounce filet medallions alongside shrimp and mashed potatoes.
