Students entering eighth grade can learn about horticulture, agriculture and the environment in outdoor classrooms during Wilmington-based DCH’s Help! (Horticulture & Environmental Leadership Program). Priority for the month-long program is given to low-income students with a C average in school. This year, The DCH is offering two sessions.
