Yeah, yeah—the beer—we get it. But the second-best reason to visit Mr. Calagione’s International House of Brewings & Eats is the wood-grilled pizza. Its crust is made from barley and pre-fermented ale, giving it an earthy, beer-y flavor, and a hot, wood-burning oven imparts perfect crispiness.

The Sea Change We’re talking wood-grilled shrimp, feta cheese, fresh spinach and tomato. OMG!
