Why we love it:
By now you know the story of perfectly posh and adorably named pizzas done up California-style at PBE. The challenge for regulars is sticking to one pie, or choosing from high-end toppings like beef filet strips, mushroom duxelles, finely aged provolone and rosemary-infused onion.
The pie to try:
Taylor We’re friendly with all the Elizabeths, but Liz’s namesake blends goat cheese, rosemary onion sauté, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, basil and black olives. This is also our way of paying homage to the late, great actress.
