Why we love it:
Nick Farrell’s locally inspired, uptown cuisine transfers well to a pizza crust canvas. And it wouldn’t be Sovana without grilled wild ramps, English peas, local goat cheese, arugula and apple-smoked bacon crammed onto home-baked crust.
