Tonic’s roasted vegetable salad |
I don’t know about you, but I love everything about a good prix-fixe menu—the value, the efficiency, the portions. And I must be on the same wavelength as Tonic Bar & Grille in Wilmington, which has announced Tonic Week—a dining event from Jan. 22–27 offering two-course lunches for $15 and three-course dinners for $35.
Lunch and dinner options include yummy starters like chorizo and short rib chili, a spinach and roasted vegetable salad, and Asian pork wraps. Lunch entree options include chicken and waffles, a barbecue short rib sandwich or a fried shrimp po’boy for lunch; dinner options include a grilled steak or garlic shrimp. Dinner comes with dessert (a churro, pot de crème or apple-cranberry pie), and you can add dessert to your lunch order for just $5.
