New Year’s Eve at Domaine Hudson
Dine a la carte with seasonal specials or choose the special celebratory five-course prix fixe menu, which is $85 or $135 with wine pairings. NYE at the Blue Moon
Celebrate in style at the Blue Moon’s annual New Year’s Eve party. Dine on their exquisite four-course menu and enjoy a live performance by Pamela Stanley in the Atrium showroom. If you prefer something quieter, the dining room also features a special menu for the night. Enjoy a five-course prix-fixe dinner for $50 (or choose from the full dinner menu). Pianist Kevin McCove will be performing live from 6 to 9 p.m. DJ Trevor Duffy will be performing from 10 p.m. to 1a.m., and for only $35 a person, enjoy open bar, multiple hors d’oeuvres stations and a champagne toast at midnight. NYE Dance Party 2019
Ernest & Scott Taproom in Wilmington is hosting a dance party to kick off 2019. Enjoy live music, a four-hour open bar and heavy hors d’oeuvres from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., a mini dessert bar from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m., and a champagne toast and midnight balloon drop. NYE Party at Rusty Rudder
Local bands Love Seed Mama Jump and Blue Label headline this Dewey Beach event. The open bar, photo booth, fortune teller and buffet are more reasons to go! This event is a must for music lovers, so get your tickets while they’re still available. The event is from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., and tickets cost $110 per person for those 21 and over.

Join the City of Wilmington and celebrate the start of 2019 on the Riverfront. The event takes place at the Riverfront Rink from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., so be sure to bring your skates, or rent them for $4. Enjoy music, food trucks, vendors and giveaways when you’re off the ice. Be sure to stick around until 9 p.m. for the firework viewing party.

Dewey Beach Ball Drop
Celebrate Dewey-style with a beachside ball drop. Enjoy party favors and hot chocolate. Be sure to head to Dagsworthy Beach for the annual Dewey Dunk on Jan. 1. Registration starts at 11:30 a.m. Children under 12 cost $10.00; adults are $20.

New Year’s Rockin’ Noon at the Delaware Children’s Museum
