When Broughton evaluated areas she excelled in, she recognized that she loved training and consulting others. Thus Unlimited Expectations was born. The company trains clients in areas such as interpersonal communication, personnel management, cultural diversity and other areas of commerce and education. Now she’s looking to move her three part-time employees and 30 volunteers into a new state-of-the-art building that will provide online college courses, and career and job development. Look for her book “Business Practices and Principles: Broke Yesterday, Rich Today. “I live to be a blessing to others,” she says. “I feel happy by just providing resources to those in need.”
