If you’ve done the Delaware Geocaching Trail, the Delaware History Trail, the Delaware Culinary Trail or the popular Delaware Wine and Ale Trail, thank Kenton, whose job it is to help existing tourism businesses prosper by, among other things, attracting out-of-state visitors. She started her career at DEDO in 2007 as the commercial and industrial real estate liaison for Kent and Sussex counties, then joined DEDO’s Delaware Tourism Office in 2011. Next up: finishing her master’s of business administration with a concentration in marketing management at Wilmington University. “Make every day count, and always strive to be your best self, both personally and professionally,” Kenton says.
