When Sheppard identified a need among administrators at physician practices to address Affordable Care Act requirements, “I was inspired to fill the void.” Sheppard, certified by the Compliance Certification Board, spends most of her working time meeting with prospective clients, educating them about compliance, and explaining how her company can help, via online and offline services. An adjunct professor at Widener University School of Law, Sheppard would like to expand the product line to serve other sectors of the healthcare industry.
